Release Notes (December 23, 2025)
Thank you for using PROEVER.
In this release, we have focused on updates that enable high-quality, data-driven decision-making, including enhancements to our AI analysis and reporting features.
The main updates are listed below.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the help page for each feature.
1. New Features
1.1 AI Analysis
Objectively analyzes project status based on data to support early detection of issues and risks, enabling appropriate countermeasures.
Previously, while PROEVER provided data aggregation and visualization, final decision-making heavily relied on the Project Manager's experience and skills.
There was a growing need for objective analysis based on data to complement this human expertise.
With this release, PROEVER AI—incorporating MSOL's extensive expertise—can now objectively analyze data to generate comprehensive results that combine quantitative metrics with qualitative insights.
As a result, PROEVER AI functions as a "Strategic Advisor" to Project Managers, providing the essential input needed for high-quality decision-making.
1.2 Project Reporting
Intuitively create reports by freely combining graphs, text, and AI analysis results. This streamlines data collection and reporting tasks for Project Managers and PMOs.
Previously, creating stakeholder-friendly reports that combined graphs, text, and images required exporting PROEVER data to external tools.
With this release, you can now create visually clear reports directly within PROEVER without using external software.
By combining quantitative data from the system with qualitative insights from Project Managers and team members, you can produce comprehensive reports effortlessly.
This significantly reduces the time spent on data collection and document creation, allowing PMs and PMOs to focus on critical decision-making.
1.3 Risk Analysis
Enables anyone to identify risks with consistent quality based on MSOL’s expertise, preventing project issues before they occur.
Previously, risk management in PROEVER relied heavily on the experience of the Project Manager and team members.
This made it difficult for less experienced members to identify risks appropriately.
Additionally, varying individual interpretations of risk made consistent management and monitoring a challenge.
With this release, you can now systematically identify project risks using risk templates based on MSOL’s expertise.
Multiple users can evaluate risks from their own perspectives, and the results are visualized quantitatively.
This creates an environment where it is easier for the entire team to reach a consensus.
This allows anyone, regardless of experience, to achieve a consistent level of risk management and proactively prevent project issues.
1.4 Resource View
Visualizes planned vs. actual work hours by program/project to support plan adjustments and future risk assessment.
Previously, while individual tickets had fields for "Planned Time" and "Actual Time," there was no feature to aggregate or visualize this data.
With this release, the planned and actual hours registered in each ticket can now be visualized as graphs for each program or project.
This allows users to visually identify discrepancies between the plan and actual progress, making it easier to determine the necessity of plan revisions and assess the risk of future plan failures.
1.5 Organization-Specific Project Templates
Strengthens organizational governance by providing templates that save standard settings and ticket information tailored to your organization.
Previously, while we provided templates based on MSOL's expertise, they could not be customized for individual companies, requiring manual adjustment of project settings for each new project.
With this release, you can now save organization-specific settings—such as ticket classifications and dashboard configurations—as templates and automatically apply them when creating new projects.
This allows you to instantly apply a standardized project management foundation, significantly reducing project setup time and ensuring consistent management across the entire organization.
1.6 Microsoft Teams Integration
Receive PROEVER notifications in Teams to check updates instantly.
With this release, users who install the "PROEVER Bot" Teams app can check PROEVER update notifications directly within Microsoft Teams.
This reduces the time spent switching between tools and improves the efficiency of daily operations.
Note: This release provides notification reception features only. We plan to implement bi-directional integration, such as updating PROEVER data directly from Teams, in the future.
2. Improvements / Other Updates
2.1 Dashboard Improvements
Navigate directly from the Dashboard Project Table to the list of delayed tickets.
Previously, while the Dashboard displayed aggregated data for each ticket category, users had to manually filter the list view to see the specific details behind those numbers.
With this release, you can now click on the "Delayed Rate" figure in the Program/Project Table to navigate directly to the list of delayed tickets.
This enables a seamless transition between checking the project overview and identifying specific issues.
Health Score Calculation Improvements
Improved the Health Score calculation logic to visualize the project status more accurately.
Previously, the Health Score calculation included all registered tickets.
This meant that tickets from phases that were already completed sometimes acted as "noise," distorting the score.
With this release, we have implemented the following two changes to achieve a calculation that better reflects the actual situation:
-
WBS classification tickets under completed phases are now excluded from the calculation.
-
Ticket classifications with no registered tickets are now excluded from the calculation.
2.2 Single Sign-On (SSO) Settings
You can now configure SSO for each workspace by providing your Identity Provider (IdP) settings.
If you would like to set this up, please contact your PROEVER representative.
As of January 2026, successful operation has been confirmed with the following services:
-
Google Workspace
Even if you use an IdP not listed above, integration may be possible if it complies with the OpenID Connect (OIDC) standard. Please feel free to consult with your representative if you are considering implementation.
