Release Notes (August 29, 2026)

Thank you for using PROEVER.

In this release, we have added a dedicated dashboard for tracking AI credit usage per workspace, alongside enhancements to AI workflows and ticket management.

Key updates are listed below.
For step-by-step instructions, please refer to the user guide for each feature.

1. New Features

1.1 AI Credit Usage Dashboard

Track AI credit usage across your workspace.

Based on popular user feedback, we have introduced a new dashboard to monitor AI credit usage. Workspace admins and team members can easily track remaining workspace credits, total AI feature usage, and usage per user to better manage AI adoption.

*Note: The AI Credit Usage Dashboard is accessible exclusively to users with an Innovator license.

1.2 Streamlined Ticket Management for Agile Projects

Manage tickets and related information in Agile projects more efficiently.

The following improvements make it easier to analyze ticket data and monitor ongoing project progress:

  • Ticket CSV Export: Export ticket data directly to CSV format.
  • Release, Iteration, and Epic Filters: Easily filter tickets by Release, Iteration, or Epic.
  • "Active Iteration" Filter: Added an "Active Iteration" filter to quickly isolate tickets in the currently active iteration.

2. Enhancements

2.1 Expanded Data & Condition Support in AI Workflows

Execute operations in AI Workflows using a broader range of data and conditions.

This release includes the following enhancements:

  • Expanded Analysis Scope: Added project report elements such as charts and rich text items to the analysis target.
  • Priority Filter: Added filter conditions based on priority levels.
  • Credit Consumption Display: Displayed credit usage from the previous run on the Execution History screen.
  • Extended Timeout Duration: Increased timeout limits to prevent AI generation from being interrupted when processing large datasets.

2.2 Right Side Panel in List and Gantt Chart Views

View and update ticket details without leaving the current view.

Previously, inspecting or updating tickets required navigating to a separate ticket detail page. With this update, clicking a ticket opens a right side panel, allowing you to view and edit details seamlessly.

This reduces manual page navigation and ensures smoother operations during regular team meetings in PROEVER.

2.3 Greater Dashboard Aggregation Flexibility

Flexibly configure dashboard aggregation rules for WBS structures on a per-project basis:

  • Filter Aggregations by Phase: Restrict deliverable and task category aggregations to tickets within specified phases. This enables more precise tracking and visualization of progress in specific project phases.

2.4 Customizable Progress Rates per Status

Customize progress rates by status to match your team’s workflow.

Previously, default progress rates were fixed (Not Started: 0%, In Progress: 50%, Completed: 100%). You can now set custom default progress percentages for each status in the ticket category settings.

This minimizes manual updates and ensures accurate progress tracking without missing entries.

3. Bug Fixes

We have addressed the following issues to ensure a reliable experience:

  • Gantt Chart & Status Sync: Fixed an issue where tickets disappeared or rendered incorrectly when updating statuses or using Undo/Redo in the Gantt Chart.
  • List View UI: Fixed an issue where columns failed to auto-resize when expanding deeply nested hierarchies in List View.
  • Dashboard UI: Fixed an issue where translation keys appeared when creating custom field charts in the Dashboard.
  • Other Fixes: Resolved minor UI and performance issues.
