Release Notes ( January 31, 2026)
Thank you for using PROEVER.
In this latest release, we have focused on enhancing project visibility and strengthening governance.
Key updates include the features listed below.
For detailed instructions on how to use each feature, please refer to their respective guide pages.
1.New Features
1.1 Categorized Analytical Charts
We now offer multi-dimensional charts that provide a comprehensive view of your project status, helping you assess progress deviations and plan health.
Previously, the dashboard only supported simple charts, making it difficult to perform complex analyses across multiple perspectives.
With this release, you can easily create five types of composite charts (Start Variance, Completion Variance, Planned Start/Finish, Actual Start/Finish, and Not Started/Incomplete).
This allows you to instantly visualize the gap between plans and reality, ensuring the validity of your project planning.
1.2 Risk Analysis: Commenting Feature
You can now record insights and discussion details directly on individual risk elements.
Previously, there was no dedicated space in PROEVER to document team discussions regarding identified risks.
This update allows you to leave comments directly on risk items, creating an audit trail of your deliberations.
Additionally, when a risk is converted into a ticket, these comments are automatically transferred. This helps capture the context and "on-the-ground" insights that quantitative data alone cannot reflect.
2.Improvements
2.1 Field-Level Editing Permissions
Enhance project governance by setting specific editing permissions for individual ticket fields.
Previously, any user with ticket editing access could modify any field. This posed a risk of critical data, such as phase deadlines, being changed unintentionally.
With this update, you can now restrict editing access to specific users for each field.
This ensures that essential project information remains secure and prevents unauthorized updates, enabling more rigorous and safe project management.
2.2 Improved Ticket Creation
Creating non-WBS tickets, such as Issues and Risks, is now faster and more intuitive.
Previously, creating a non-WBS ticket required an extra step: you had to create a ticket using the default category first and then manually change it.
In this release, we’ve added a menu that allows you to select the ticket category right from the start. This streamlined process eliminates unnecessary steps and improves your daily workflow efficiency.
3.Bug Fixes
Dashboard & Display Fixes
-
Sub-project Display: Fixed an issue where some sub-projects under a Program were not appearing in the PG/PJ list, even for users with appropriate access permissions. All target projects are now correctly displayed.
-
Aggregated Values: Resolved an issue where aggregated values were missing from the list tables within Integration Projects.
Charts & Usability
-
Localization Fixes: Corrected an issue where priority levels (e.g., High/Low) were displayed in English during custom chart setup. These are now correctly displayed in Japanese.
Admin & Settings
-
Hierarchy Validation: Added stricter validation for Program settings to prevent the logical error of setting a Program as its own "grandchild."
-
Improved Teams Integration: Fixed a formatting issue in Microsoft Teams notification messages to ensure more reliable and readable alerts.
Others
-
Miscellaneous minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
