This release focuses on functional enhancements designed to boost the efficiency of project managers and members in their daily work, alongside significant security improvements.

Key Updates in This Release

Home Screen Enhancements

Centralize management of personal assigned tickets and organizational announcements on the home screen.

  • Assigned Ticket List: You can now instantly view a list of all tickets assigned to you directly on the home screen. This helps prevent task omissions and allows you to transition smoothly into your work.

  • Notification List Display: Important announcements and notifications from MSOL are now displayed as a list on the home screen. Clicking a notification takes you to the details page, ensuring you don't miss critical information.

Ticket Management Improvements

Achieve more accurate ticket progress management and enhance data entry efficiency.

  • Automatic Progress Rate & Actual Date Update on Status Change: For Waterfall project tickets, the progress rate and actual dates are now updated automatically when you change the ticket status. This saves time on manual entry and supports accurate progress tracking.

  • CSV Import Support for Waterfall WBS Ticket Classifications: You can now create new tickets via CSV import, specifically for WBS ticket classifications within Waterfall projects.

  • Image Pasting in Text Editor: You can now directly paste images into the text editor, such as in the ticket description field. This facilitates easier visual information sharing.

Enhanced Security Features (IP Address Restriction)

Build a secure PROEVER environment that complies with your organization's security policies.

  • IP Address Restriction: You can now restrict access to PROEVER to specific IP addresses. This strengthens information security by mitigating the risk of unauthorized access to sensitive project information.

Master Schedule Feature Enhancements

Accurately grasp Agile project progress on the Gantt chart for quicker decision-making.

  • Progress Rate Display for Agile Projects: The progress rate is now displayed as a percentage on the arrows (release tickets) representing Agile projects on the Master Schedule.

  • Direct Navigation from Arrows: Clicking an arrow displayed on the Master Schedule now takes you directly to the relevant Gantt chart or Release Ticket Details screen.

Dashboard Feature Enhancements

Clearly understand project status by team, enabling early identification of bottlenecks.

  • Team-Based Project Status View: You can now check project status based on teams on the Dashboard. This visualizes the workload and issues for teams within specific projects, aiding in appropriate resource allocation.

Bug Fixes

Resolved Issue where Programs/Projects Were Not Visible on the Master Schedule: Fixed a bug where some programs or projects were not displayed on the Master Schedule even
after adding them to a permission group.
