This release focuses on new features that reduce the effort required for project management input and further enhance the management of Agile projects.
Main Updates in This Release
Bulk Ticket Update Feature
Save time on data entry and minimize the management overhead of your projects.
You can now select multiple tickets at once on the Agile project backlog screen and update fields such as Assignee and Status simultaneously.
Automatic Ticket Status Update
Prevents difficulties in aggregation and management caused by missing data entry.
- Automatic Status Update (Applicable to Waterfall and Agile)
Ticket statuses are now updated automatically.
This saves time on manual input and allows for accurate grasp of the latest project status. - Automatic Progress Rate Calculation (Waterfall Only)
Ensures consistency between the status and the progress rate, based on input and calculation rules. This supports more accurate project progress management.
Improved Visibility for Agile Projects
- Progress Confirmation on Master Schedule
Agile projects can now be viewed on the Master Schedule.
Flexible Dashboard Customization
- Feature Optimize the dashboard display according to project characteristics to accurately grasp the necessary information.
You can now set the ticket classification used for calculating the health score and the ticket classification displayed in the Program/Project list table for each project.
Enhanced Integration Functionality
The visualization accuracy of project information outside PROEVER has been improved, enabling a more accurate understanding of the situation.
- Import of Custom Fields
Classifications and custom fields added by users in the source integration tool are now imported into PROEVER. - Improved Status Display
Statuses are now imported as their respective status, rather than as a string or a status category.
