Thank you for using PROEVER.

To support various project approaches, PROEVER is releasing new features specifically designed for Agile development.

This update enables you to drive projects using Agile methodologies alongside traditional Waterfall project management, in addition to other functional updates.

Main Updates in This Release

Manage Agile Projects in PROEVER

Streamline Backlog Management and Progress Tracking to Boost Productivity
  • Create and Manage Agile Tickets
    You can now create and manage tickets commonly used in Agile development, such as "Stories," "Tasks," and "Bugs."
  • Plan Iterations on the Backlog
    You can efficiently plan your iterations (sprints) directly on the Backlog screen.
  • Visualize Iteration Progress
    Visualize Iteration Progress Check the progress of tickets assigned to each iteration in real-time.
    Use this for information sharing during daily stand-up meetings and other sessions.

 

New: Project Standard Template Feature

Utilize standard templates based on MSOL's expertise to standardize project management across your organization and improve the quality of decision-making.

The standard project template developed by MSOL has been integrated into PROEVER.

By selecting this template when creating a new project, you can standardize management items and methods, allowing for evaluation and comparison of project status across your organization based on the same criteria.

 

Added Functionality for User Management via CSV

Streamline the bulk registration and management of users, reducing the workload for account administrators.
  • CSV Export of User Information
    You can now export registered user information in CSV format.
  • CSV Import of User Information
    You can now register multiple new users at once using a CSV file.

 

Other Updates

  • Added Program/Project Deletion, Closure, and Restoration Features
    You can now delete programs or projects that are no longer needed, or change their status to "Closed."
    Furthermore, closed projects can be restored later.
  • Ability to Identify Integrated Projects
    Integrated projects are now visually identifiable on the Master Schedule and Dashboard.
