Release Notes (August 1, 2025)
Thank you for always using PROEVER.
In the next version of PROEVER, we are focusing on enhancing our AI-driven project management support (AI EPMO) features.
We are planning and developing the product to deliver a new project promotion experience where users can make decisions in collaboration with AI.
This beta version includes new features related to the expansion of AI functions and improvements from the current version of PROEVER.
Main Updates in This Release
PROEVER AI
AI Reviews the Validity of Your Project Plan
PROEVER AI analyzes your project plan in detail and provides specific feedback based on MSOL's extensive knowledge.
This allows you to improve the quality of your plan from the project launch phase and clarify the path to success.
Tickets
Freely Customize Ticket Categories
In addition to the previous seven fixed categories, we have added new default categories useful for quality management, such as "Deliverables" and "Reviews."
Furthermore, users can now freely create new ticket categories tailored to their project's specific needs, allowing for more flexible management.
Master Schedule
Display Important Projects at the Top
When managing multiple projects, you can now freely reorder the display of the Master Schedule to quickly find important projects.
This allows users with specific permissions to change the display order or hide specific projects, enabling them to efficiently grasp the latest status at all times.
Dashboard
Improved Accuracy in Grasping Project Status
The project status evaluation has evolved from the previous 3-level scale to a 5-level scale.
This helps you to quickly detect subtle changes in project status, supporting early problem discovery and prompt action.
Freely Customize Your Graphs
PROEVER's analysis graphs have significantly evolved, and users can now freely create their own graphs.
This enables complex analysis tailored to your project's characteristics, allowing you to gain deeper insights.
Common Features
Set Project Hierarchy up to 10 Levels Deep
The structure, previously limited to two levels (Programs and Projects), can now be set up to a maximum of 10 levels.
This allows you to more accurately reflect your organization's complex project structures and relationships in the system, matching the actual situation.
Enhance Information Security with Flexible Permission Settings
You can now flexibly set "Add/Edit/Delete/View" permissions for Programs, Projects, and Tickets for each user or group.
This allows you to manage information sharing, ensuring that necessary information is shared only with the right people while maintaining confidentiality.
