How to Import Risk Analysis Template

Downloading the Format Menu: [Risk Analysis]

  1. Click [New].

  2. Click [Upload Template].

  3. Click [Download Sample].

The Risk Analysis template (CSV file) must include the following information:

  • Required Items: No., Category, Classification, Risk Element, Cause/Prevention Examples, Probability Criteria, Impact Factor.

  • Category: Enter the risk category. (Note: The MSOL template specifies the timing for identifying each risk.)

  • Classification: Enter the classification you wish to visualize in the [Risk Category Trend Radar Chart] on the results screen. (Note: The MSOL template uses classifications based on the 10 PMBOK Knowledge Areas plus MSOL insights.)

  • Risk Element: Enter the details of the risk.

  • Cause/Prevention Examples: Enter potential causes and preventive measures for the risk.

  • Probability Criteria: Enter the definitions for the probability levels.

    • Example: Max: Very High / High: High / Med: Medium / Low: Low / Min: Very Low

  • Impact Factor: Enter a numerical value representing the impact on QCDS elements.

    • Note: The total value must equal 10.

    • Example: Scope: 0 / Quality: 3 / Schedule: 7 / Cost: 0
