[Dashboard](https://help.proever.com/en/basic-usage-general#dashboard) # Dashboard overview ## A dashboard is a screen that visualizes program/project/team data as graphs and aggregated values, allowing you to grasp the overall situation at a glance. Dashboards enable early problem detection and smooth decision-making. On the dashboard, you can perform and confirm the following operations: ### **Viewing the Dashboard** To access, click \[Dashboard\] in the side menu. If a program is selected, the program dashboard will display. If a project is selected, the project dashboard will display. ![](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jan-14-2026-05-55-02-2676-AM.png?width=189&height=442&name=image-png-Jan-14-2026-05-55-02-2676-AM.png) ### **Dashboard Structure** The dashboard screen consists of two main areas: - **Program Table/Project Table Area** - It displays basic information for the selected program or project, along with team status and quantitative ticket metrics.  Projects and teams are listed in alphabetical order by name. - In the program/project list, the total count for each ticket category is divided into "Total," "Planned," and "Delayed," and shown as percentages. - The actual numbers are displayed next to the percentages as "(X/X)," allowing you to easily check the exact count. - **Graph Area** - Visualizes quantitative ticket data as graphs. You can add, delete, and edit the displayed graphs, allowing for customization according to project characteristics. ### ![](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-24-2026-08-22-46-6357-AM.png?width=670&height=349&name=image-png-Aug-24-2026-08-22-46-6357-AM.png) ### **Checking Health Status** In the Program Table/Project Table Area, the program/project/team status is evaluated on a 5-level scale based on registered ticket information and displayed as a health status. ### **Project Health Status Calculation Logic** Project health status is calculated based on the number of tickets registered in the project. Scores are assigned for each ticket category based on the evaluation criteria described below, and a total score is calculated. This total score is converted to a comprehensive score out of 100, which is then used to evaluate the project on a 5-level scale. | **Evaluation Results** | **Score Definitions** | | --- | --- | | ![image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-02-14-2060-AM](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-02-14-2060-AM.png?width=63&height=58&name=image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-02-14-2060-AM.png) | 90 points or higher | | ![image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-04-13-9950-AM](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-04-13-9950-AM.png?width=61&height=51&name=image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-04-13-9950-AM.png) | 80 points or higher and less than 90 points | | ![image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-05-39-0339-AM](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-05-39-0339-AM.png?width=67&height=48&name=image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-05-39-0339-AM.png) | 70 points or higher and less than 80 points | | ![image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-07-49-7540-AM](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-07-49-7540-AM.png?width=52&height=44&name=image-png-Nov-13-2025-06-07-49-7540-AM.png) | 50 points or higher and less than 70 points | | ![](https://help.proever.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Jun-10-2025-11-40-34-3975-AM.png?width=58&height=50&name=image-png-Jun-10-2025-11-40-34-3975-AM.png) | Less than 50 points |   For each ticket category, points are assigned based on the following evaluation criteria: | **Evaluation Criteria** | **Score Definitions** | **Notes** | | --- | --- | --- | | Scheduled Progress Rate | Calculated as the ratio of completed tasks (actual) to planned completions:  - 2 points: 90% or higher - 1 point: 80% or higher and less than 90% - 0 points: Less than 80% | | | Completion Delay Rate | Calculated as the ratio of overdue tasks to planned completions:  - 2 points: Less than 10% - 1 point: 10% or higher and less than 20% - 0 points: 20% or higher | | | Unstarted Rate | Calculated as the ratio of unstarted tasks to unfinished tasks:  - 2 points: Less than 30% - 1 point: 30% or higher and less than 60% - 0 points: 60% or higher | Ticket categories "Milestone," "Task," and "Deliverable" are excluded from evaluation. | | Started Progress Rate | Calculated as the ratio of started tasks (actual) to planned starts: - 2 points: 90% or higher - 1 point: 80% or higher and less than 90% - 0 points: Less than 80% | The "Milestone" ticket category is excluded from evaluation. | | Start Delay Rate | Calculated as the ratio of delayed starts to planned starts:  - 2 points: Less than 10% - 1 point: 10% or higher and less than 20% - 0 points: 20% or higher | | The following cases are excluded from the health status calculation: - Tickets under a closed phase ticket are not included. - Ticket categories with no registered tickets are not included.   ### **Program Health Status Calculation Logic** The health status of a program is calculated based on the health status of the programs/projects linked to its lower levels.
