Custmize tickets statuses

Customize ticket statuses by project type to easily identify and resolve workflow bottlenecks.

Only users with Innovator or Leader licenses can customize ticket categories and input fields.

  1. Click [Settings] > [Clasification] in the side menu.

  2. Select the clasification for which you want to customize statuses.

  3. Click the "pencil" icon to the right of "Status" in the information area.

  4. Create new statuses by clicking [Add], then reorder them by dragging and dropping.

  5. Review your edits and click [Reflect].

  6. Confirm that your changes are reflected in the Ticket Details screen, etc.
