Bug Fixes

• Improved List View Performance: Resolved an issue that caused response delays when switching search views, resulting in faster display speeds.
• Fixed Custom Status Deletion Error: Fixed a bug where created custom statuses could not be deleted in the ticket classification settings.

Improvements & Specification Changes

• Controlled Notifications for Suspended Users: Changed the system behavior so that when a user's status is changed from "Suspended" to "Active," notifications (Email, Teams, and in-app) for updates made prior to the activation are no longer sent.
