We have successfully resolved the recent system delays and display issues affecting certain screens. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Below are the details of this update:
1. Resolution of Response Delays
Between approximately 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM on July 23, 2026, a bottleneck in specific processing routines caused significant system delays.
We have deployed a code fix to eliminate the root cause of this slowdown. The system has stabilized, and response times have returned to normal.
2. Bug Fixes
- Gantt Chart: Fixed an issue where the column resizing handles disappeared, preventing users from adjusting column widths.
- Ticket Board: Fixed an issue where initial page loads would only display a limited number of statuses when a project contained a large volume of custom statuses.
