Release Notes (June 27, 2026)

Thank you for using PROEVER.

In this release, we have made updates to improve the usability of Project Reports and Resource View, as well as the operability of Gantt charts and Tickets.

The main updates are as follows:
For detailed instructions, please refer to the guide page for each feature.

1.Improvements

1.1 Expansion of Project Report Items

You can now add dashboard health scores and aggregated values as items in Project Reports.

Previously, Project Reports could not reflect these metrics, making it difficult to fully grasp the project's status at the time of reporting. With this release, health scores and aggregated values can be added just like other charts, allowing you to capture the health score at the exact time a snapshot is taken.

As a result, you can retain health score data from specific points in time, which improves the overall quality of your reports and makes it easier to review past performance.

1.2 Drill-Down to the Team Level in Resource View

It is now easier to grasp the planned vs. actual status for each team and user within a project.

Previously in Resource View, you could aggregate data by program or project, but checking the status by team or user required setting up filters. With this release, you can drill down directly from the project row in the aggregated table to cross-compare the breakdown of work hours at the team and member levels.

This allows you to quickly identify the root causes of any variances between planned and actual figures.

1.3 Gantt Chart Improvements

We have made the following improvements in this release:

  • Always-Visible Milestones: The "All Milestones" row is now fixed when scrolling, making it easier to grasp the relationship between milestones and individual tasks.
  • Bulk Update of Parent and Child Ticket Dates: When you update a parent ticket's start or due date by dragging and dropping its bar, all underlying child tickets will now automatically shift by the same number of days.
  • Undo/Redo Support: You can now undo and redo your editing actions. Keyboard shortcuts are also supported.
  • Expanded Autofill Fields: The autofill and item copy features introduced in the previous release can now be applied to Status, Start Date, Due Date, and Progress Rate.

1.4 Ticket List and Ticket Board Improvements

We have made the following improvements in this release:

  • Status Display in Ticket List: Previously, the Ticket List screen displayed status categories (To Do / In Progress / Done). With this release, it now displays the actual Status.
  • Expanded Filters on Ticket Board: Filters on the Ticket Board were previously limited to Assignee and Status. We have now added filters for default fields such as Start Date, Due Date, and Assigned Team.

1.5 Comment Import in Jira Integration

You can now integrate comment exchanges from Jira.

Previously, comments added in Jira were not synced to integrated projects in PROEVER.

With this release, comments registered in Jira can be imported directly as comments within PROEVER.

1.6 Optimization of Operation Permissions for Innovator and Collaborator Licenses

We have made the following improvements in this release:

  • Integration Settings for Leader Licenses: Users with a Leader license can now configure integrations with other tools when creating a project.
  • Gantt Chart Operations for Collaborator Licenses: Users with a Collaborator license can now add, delete, indent, and outdent tickets directly on the Gantt chart screen.

2.Bug Fixes

To ensure a reliable experience for everyone, we have resolved the following issues:

  • [Ticket Board] Fixed an issue where applying a filter on the board screen prevented users from changing statuses via drag and drop.
  • [Integration] Fixed an issue where subtasks were not imported correctly during Jira integration.
  • [Roles] Fixed an issue where created roles could not be deleted.
