Release Notes(May 30, 2026)
Thank you for using PROEVER.
In this release, we have rolled out updates designed to streamline your daily operations, including bulk differential updates for tickets using CSV, a ticket copy feature, and enhanced usability.
The main updates are as follows.
For specific instructions, please refer to the operation guide for each feature.
1. New Features
1.1 Bulk Differential Updates for Tickets via CSV Import
Update large amounts of project data at once.
Previously, updating extensive ticket information required editing them one by one on the screen.
With this release, we have expanded the CSV import feature.
You can now perform bulk differential updates for dates, assignees, and other fields across all tickets (WBS categories, issues, bugs, etc.) in Waterfall projects.
This drastically reduces the time and effort required to update large volumes of tickets.
1.2 Ticket Copy Feature
Quickly create similar tickets.
Previously, creating similar tasks meant adding a new ticket from scratch each time, which was time-consuming.
Now, you can copy tickets directly from the ticket details screen or the Gantt chart.
This saves data entry time and helps you organize information efficiently.
2. Enhancements
2.1 Improved Gantt Chart Filters and Display Items
Easily find the tickets you need.
Previously, the Gantt chart had limited filtering options, making it difficult to find specific tickets or narrow down necessary information.
With this release, we have added filtering (including custom fields) and sorting functions, and enabled the display of detail fields and reference files.
This allows for quick access to your target tickets.
2.2 Enhanced Gantt Chart Usability
Improve data entry efficiency with keyboard shortcuts and autofill.
Previously, entering data on the Gantt chart required interacting with each field individually.
Now, we have implemented copy and paste via keyboard shortcuts and autofill, bringing the experience closer to standard spreadsheet software.
We will continue to make improvements for a smoother user experience.
Note: In this release, "Status", "Progress", "Start Date", "Due Date", "Category", "Predecessor Task", and "Successor Task" are not supported for copy and paste or autofill.
2.3 Reduced Workload via Consolidated Notification Emails
Reduce email clutter by bundling notifications.
Previously, a separate notification email was sent for every single update to a ticket field.
With this release, updates made to a single ticket within a certain timeframe are consolidated into one email.
Furthermore, notifications for bulk registration or updates via CSV import are also grouped into a single email.
This reduces the burden of checking your inbox.
2.4 Search Function for Project List
Search and access the projects you need.
Previously, you could not search within the project list in the header or the workspace settings, requiring you to find projects manually.
Now, we have added a text-based search function, allowing you to access projects smoothly.
3. Bug Fixes
We have resolved several issues to ensure a reliable experience for everyone.
- Fixed an issue where data fields were duplicated when downloading via CSV export.
- Fixed an error that occurred when granting access permissions to a role group containing a large number of registered users.
- Fixed a bug on the Gantt chart where the auto-scheduled start date was set one day earlier when there were multiple Start-to-Finish (SF) predecessor tasks.
- Fixed other minor bugs.
