PROEVER's Structure

PROEVER's core structure and terminology are defined as follows:

Workspace

A Workspace is an independent work area created within an organization, serving as the unit for managing various resources such as projects, tasks, and users. You can create multiple workspaces depending on their purpose, like for specific teams, departments, or projects.

  • Only MSOL (presumably "Master System Owner License" or a similar top-tier administrator) can create workspaces.

  • Workspaces are primarily managed by a "Workspace Administrator."

    • Workspace Administrator: This user manages project administration, settings, and user management within a specific workspace.

      • Add/delete users within the workspace

      • Create/delete projects within the workspace

      • Change workspace settings (e.g., timezone)

      • Manage roles and permission groups within the workspace

License

A License in PROEVER refers to your usage rights. It defines the available features and user count limits based on your contracted plan.
