Artifact Overview
The Aritifact feature allows you to create all necessary project management deliverables right within PROEVER. Consolidate information previously scattered across various tools into PROEVER, contributing to smoother and more efficient status tracking.
The following deliverables can be created using the Documents feature.

The Progress Report allows you to record qualitative information from the perspective of on-site users—data not always reflected in the quantitative metrics within PROEVER. This enables you to complete the entire reporting process solely within PROEVER, combining both quantitative and qualitative insights for a more accurate understanding of the current status. |
| Project Report |
You can create reports by freely arranging visuals such as charts, tables, text, and images—all of which clearly visualize your project's status—using a flexible grid layout similar to the dashboard. Furthermore, the reporting tool includes an "AI Analysis Feature" as one of its core components. This feature automatically analyzes your registered project data to generate status assessments, risk evaluations, and action plans. This not only allows Project Managers and PMOs to streamline the time spent on data collection, organization, and report creation, but also enables high-quality decision support by providing objective insights that go beyond reliance on mere experience or intuition. |
