Does 'before' / 'after' for the date condition range exclude the specified date?

The date range conditions are defined as follows:

• "Before" / "After": Excludes the specified date.
• "Within range": Includes the specified dates.

• Value: 2026/10/19, Condition: "Before" → Excludes 10/19 (10/18 or earlier)
• Value: 2026/10/19, Condition: "After" → Excludes 10/19 (10/20 or later)
