Configure the aggregation target for the dashboard

You can set the aggregation target for the program/project list tables and graph area.

1. Filter the tickets displayed in the dashboard's program/project list table.
2. Filter the target items aggregated in the graphs/lists. 
 

[Step] 1. Filter the tickets displayed in the Program/Project List on the Dashboard

1. Select [Dashboard] from the side menu.
 
2. Click [] to the right of the Program/Project List heading.
 
3. At the bottom of the modal, use the [Phase] options and the [Only deliverables without child deliverables] and [Only tasks without child tasks] checkboxes to filter the tickets to be included in the calculation.
 
4. Click [Save].
The number of items in the list and the health score will be recalculated based on the selected criteria.

When "Only tasks without child tasks" is checked 
  • Included in Count: Only leaf-level tasks (tasks at the lowest level).
  • Excluded: Parent tasks that have child tasks linked to them.
  • Note: Evaluated solely between tasks; a task with only "Deliverables" directly linked beneath it is still counted as a leaf-level task. (*Counts for non-task categories remain unchanged.)
  • Impact / Specifications: Affects the health score. This setting is not available for programs.

 

When "Only deliverables without child deliverables" is checked
  • Included in Count: Only leaf-level deliverables (deliverables at the lowest level).
  • Excluded: Parent deliverables that have child deliverables linked to them.
  • Note: A deliverable with only "Tasks" directly linked beneath it is still counted as a leaf-level deliverable.
  • Impact / Specifications: Affects the health score. This setting is not available for programs.

 

When a specific phase is selected under "Phase"  
  • Included in Count: Only "Tasks" and "Deliverables" located under the selected phase.
  • Excluded: The phase itself is not counted. Additionally, items like milestones and issues are not filtered.
  • Impact / Specifications: Does not affect the health score.
 

When "All Phases" is selected under Phase
  • No phase filtering is applied. (Resets to default)
 
・These settings apply to the entire project rather than to individual users. Once saved, the changes will also be reflected on other members’ screens.
 
・[Phase] options can only be configured for projects and does not appear in the display settings for programs.
 

[Step] 2. Filter the tickets included in graphs and lists

1. Select [Dashboard] from the side menu.
 
2. In the graph area of the Dashboard, click [Edit] to switch to edit mode.
 
3. Add a new graph or list by selecting [Add Item], or open the settings for an existing graph or list.
 
4. At the top of the modal, [Phase], [Only tasks without child tasks], and [Only deliverables without child deliverables] appear to the right of [Item Name] and [Classification]. Use these options to filter the tickets included in the calculation.
 
5. Click [Save] in the modal, and then click [Save Template].

 Excludes parent tasks (tasks with child tasks linked to them) from the aggregation and aggregates/displays only leaf-level tasks (tasks at the lowest level).

Check "Only deliverables without child deliverables" 

 Excludes parent deliverables (deliverables with child deliverables linked to them) from the aggregation and aggregates/displays only leaf-level deliverables (deliverables at the lowest level).  

Select a specific phase under "Phase"

 Aggregates and displays only tickets under the selected phase (excluding the phase itself).
Select "All Phases" under "Phase"  No filtering is applied by phase (default setting).
