Setting Ticket Classifications for Dashboard Health Status
Only the Project Manager for the project is able to perform this operation.

In the sidebar menu, click [Dashboard].

Click the three-dot menu (...) icon in the top-right corner of the program/project list.

Set the [Health score calculation target].
-
Click [Save].
