Closing and Restoring a Program

Closing a Program

  1. Open the profile screen for the program you want to close.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu (...) > [Close].

Effects of Closing:
When a program is closed, all programs and projects under it become read-only and cannot be edited.

  • You can still manage access controls (add, update, delete permissions), but even if you assign an 'add' or 'edit' role, access will always function as view-only.

  • To edit a closed program, you must first restore it.

Restoring a Program

  1. Open the profile screen for the closed program.

  2. In the top-right corner, click the three-dot menu (...) > [Restore].

If the program in the higher hierarchy (the parent program) is currently closed, you cannot restore the child program. You must restore the parent program first before attempting to restore the child program.
