Can I change a ticket created with a WBS component category to an issue or risk category?
You cannot change a ticket from a WBS component category to an issue or risk category.
You can't change a ticket's category from a WBS component to an issue or risk.
Similarly, you can't change an issue or risk ticket to a WBS component category.
You can only change categories within WBS components, or within other ticket categories.
