You cannot directly update the 'Estimated Time' and 'Actual Time' fields on Release, Epic, and Iteration tickets for Agile functionalities.
Certain input fields are automatically calculated from the tickets linked to the Release, Epic, and Iteration tickets. Please update the information on those linked tickets to ensure accuracy.
Release, Epic, and Iteration tickets function as containers that group multiple tickets.
For this reason, certain input fields are designed to be automatically calculated from the linked tickets.
This ensures consistency between the parent tickets (Release, etc.) and their child tickets (Task or Story tickets).
The following fields are subject to this automatic calculation. To update any of these values, please update the information on the linked child tickets instead:
- Estimated Time
- Actual Time
- Progress Rate (Release tickets only)
- Ticket Count
- Completed Count
- Tickets Awaiting Estimation
- Initial Estimate
- Remaining Story Points
