# AI Workflow Overview

## The AI Workflow feature executes data collection, aggregation, and analysis for project management in a single click, empowering PMs to focus on judgment, coordination, and decision-making.

### **Key Benefits**

By building daily routine tasks and analytical processes into workflows, anyone can immediately execute advanced management tasks regardless of their experience or skill level.

Additionally, executing pre-configured workflows allows you to apply industry-proven management processes based on MSOL's expertise.

*Note: We plan to expand the library of pre-configured workflows in future updates.* 

- **Streamline Routine Tasks:** Execute daily tasks—such as status consolidation and anomaly detection (e.g., overdue items, unaddressed tasks, or unassigned roles)—as a single automated process.
- **Ensure Consistent Review Standards:** Utilize pre-configured workflows to review projects against standardized criteria, eliminating variations caused by individual experience or skill levels.
- **Extract AI-Powered Insights, Issues, and Risks:** Go beyond basic data aggregation with AI-generated project summaries, highlighted issues, and delay risk assessments.

In addition to running ready-to-use pre-configured workflows, you can create and execute custom workflows by combining modules to fit your specific goals.

The feature also includes modules for AI-generated workflows and AI-driven analysis.

Available actions vary depending on your license type.

### **Security**

You can use AI Workflows with complete peace of mind, as the system applies the user's individual permissions to strictly control both accessible data and the visibility of execution results.

- Workflows run using the executing user’s individual permissions.
- Users cannot retrieve data that they do not have access rights to view.
- Execution results can only be viewed by the user who executed the workflow.
- Workflows will not perform actions on behalf of the workflow creator.
- Sharing a workflow does not share its execution results.

 

### **AI Credit Consumption**

Certain operations consume AI credits.

Because credit consumption is determined based on the volume of text or tickets processed and generated by the AI, estimated credit usage cannot be displayed prior to executing an operation.

- **AI Workflow Generation**   
  *Estimated Credit Consumption:* Approx. 10 credits (varies depending on prompt length, etc.)
- **Test Runs for Workflows with AI Modules**   
  *Estimated Credit Consumption:* Variable (depends on input and output data volume)
- **Executing Workflows with AI Modules**   
  *Estimated Credit Consumption:* Variable (depends on input and output data volume)
