Security
You can use AI Workflows with complete peace of mind, as the system applies the user's individual permissions to strictly control both accessible data and the visibility of execution results.
- Workflows run using the executing user’s individual permissions.
- Users cannot retrieve data that they do not have access rights to view.
- Execution results can only be viewed by the user who executed the workflow.
- Workflows will not perform actions on behalf of the workflow creator.
- Sharing a workflow does not share its execution results.
AI Credit Consumption
Certain operations consume AI credits.
Because credit consumption is determined based on the volume of text or tickets processed and generated by the AI, estimated credit usage cannot be displayed prior to executing an operation.
