# Unable to add, delete, edit, or view tickets.

To add, delete, edit, or view tickets, you must be assigned "Add," "Delete," "Edit," and "View" permissions for the relevant program and project role.

If you require the relevant permissions, please request them from a user with program/project editing privileges, such as a Project/Program Manager.
