Setting IP Address Restrictions

 Access to Workspace Settings is controlled by your license. If you are unable to perform an intended operation, please contact a user with an Innovator license and request a license plan change.

This feature allows you to restrict access based on the source IP address of the connection.

You can set this up using the following steps:

  1. Click your workspace name in the top-right corner of the screen, then click [Workspace].

  2. Click the lock icon next to [Allowed IP Addresses] and turn ON the [Restrict IP Addresses] toggle.

  3. Enter the IP addresses you wish to allow.

Your current IP address is displayed on the pop-up screen. After saving the settings, you will not be able to log in if you attempt to access the system from an unlisted IP address.
