Setting Ticket Classifications for the Program/Project List

Program Managers can only set the display/hide status of columns in the list. They cannot set the ticket classifications used to calculate the Health Score.

Why? The program's Health Score is calculated based on the health scores of the programs/projects beneath it, not the ticket information directly.

  1. In the sidebar menu, click [Dashboard].

  2. Click the three-dot menu (...) icon in the top-right corner of the program/project list.

  3. Set the [Items to display in Program/Project list].

  4. Click [Save].
