## PROEVER implements the following security measures.

### Security Measures

| User ID / Password | Mandatory requirement with configurable password rotation policy and strength checks / password change function available |
| Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) | Requires entry of an authentication code in addition to ID and password |
| Encryption | Encrypted communication via TLS |
| Access Control / Logs | IP address restrictions / acquisition and recording of access logs and operation logs |
| Data Protection | Backup data retained for 7 days and stored in a geographically distributed manner |
| Monitoring | 24/7/365 system monitoring of network, servers, and performance |
| Vulnerability Management | Use of cloud platform security solutions and ongoing application of security patches |
| DDoS Attacks | Use of cloud platform DDoS protection solutions |
| Firewall | Use of the cloud platform Web Application Firewall |
