# Release Notes (October 26, 2026)

## Thank you for using PROEVER.

In this release, we are excited to introduce interactive AI workflow creation, usability improvements across Dashboards and Gantt charts, and enhanced governance with new Document Approval capabilities.

#### **1. New Features**

　**1-1. Conversational Refinement & Regeneration for AI Workflows**  
　　　Intuitively adjust and complete workflows through back-and-forth chat.

　**1-2. Document Approvals**  
　　　Centralize submission, review, approval logs, and email notifications all inside PROEVER.

#### **2. Improvements**

　**2-1. Bulk Expand/Collapse Hierarchy on Gantt Charts**  
　　　Expand or collapse entire hierarchy levels in a single click.  
　**2-2. Program/Project and Team Sorting on Dashboards**  
　　　List order is now standardized to ascending alphabetical sort, allowing easy custom ordering through naming conventions.

　**2-3. Mandatory & Auto-Populated Progress Report Dates**  
　　　Prevents missing dates and ensures quick access to the latest reports via navigation shortcuts.

　**2-4. Advanced Filter Operators for AI Workflows (Assignee, Team, Title)**  
　　　Filter out noise to boost AI analysis precision while reducing processing overhead.

　**2-5. Custom Field Filtering on Board Views**  
　　　Filter and locate tickets on Kanban/Scrum boards using custom fields.

Fixed UI and behavior issues across header navigation, modal controls during zoom, dashboard widgets, and English localization.

### **1. New Features**

#### **1-1. Conversational Refinement & Regeneration for AI Workflows**

Fine-tune workflows intuitively through interactive chat and build the exact flow you need in minutes.

- **Before:** After generating a workflow from an initial prompt, users had to manually configure complex parameters and logic.
- **Now:** You can now provide follow-up instructions and regenerate steps conversationally with AI, significantly cutting down setup time.

#### **1-2. Document Approvals**

Centrally manage drafting, submission, review, approvals, and audit trails for all sensitive documentation directly in PROEVER.

- **Before:** Approval rules varied widely by team, requiring manual follow-ups, reminder emails, and tedious audit logging.
- **Now:** Draft documents using standard templates and submit them through structured approval flows. Approvers can review, leave feedback, and choose to **Approve**, **Send Back (Request Revisions)**, or **Reject**.The system automatically logs status changes and history, sending automated email alerts for incoming requests, decisions, and due-date reminders.

This provides full visibility into approval pipelines and eliminates review bottlenecks.

### **2. Enhancements**

#### **2-1. Bulk Expand/Collapse Hierarchy on Gantt Charts**

Jump to any hierarchy level in a single action.

- **Before:** Viewing nested subtasks required manually expanding parent tasks one by one.
- **Now:** You can now expand or collapse tasks across specific hierarchy levels all at once.This allows you to quickly view high-level milestones or drill down into granular work packages without repetitive clicking.

#### **2-2. Dashboard Sorting: Programs, Projects, and Teams**

Find the information you need faster with standardized list ordering.

- **Before:** Inconsistent sorting logic made it difficult and time-consuming to locate specific items.
- **Now:** Items are now consistently sorted in ascending alphabetical order (A–Z) by Program, Project, and Team names.By adopting standard naming conventions (e.g., prefixing numbers like `01_ProjectName`), you can now control the exact display order to match your team’s preferences.

#### **2-3. Mandatory & Auto-Populated Progress Report Dates**

Eliminate missing dates and ensure quick access to the most up-to-date reports.

- **Before:** The report date field was optional, meaning unpopulated dates could cause the latest report to disappear from master schedule shortcuts.
- **Now:** The report date is now a required field and automatically defaults to today’s date.This ensures that shortcuts and dashboards always link directly to your latest project status.

#### **2-4. New Filter Operators for AI Workflows (Assignee, Team, Title)**

Exclude irrelevant tickets (noise) to maximize AI accuracy while minimizing processing costs.

- **Before:** Filter options for Assignee, Team, and Title were limited, making it difficult to narrow down tickets precisely for analysis.
- **Now:** We’ve added advanced operators—such as **Contains**, **Does not contain**, **Is empty**, and **Is not empty**—to the Assignee, Team, and Title filter fields.Pinpointing exact datasets enhances AI analytical precision and optimizes computational usage.

#### **2-5. Custom Field Filtering on Board Views**

Easily locate tasks by filtering cards using custom fields directly on your boards.

- **Before:** Board filters were restricted to default attributes like Assignee and Status, with no support for custom fields.
- **Now:** You can now filter and sort tickets by custom fields across both Waterfall and Agile board views.Find the exact tickets you need in real time without having to export data to Excel.

### **3. Bug Fixes**

**We resolved the following issues to ensure a reliable user experience:**

- **Header Menu:** Fixed an issue where a blue indicator line remained visible after opening or closing the project menu.
- **Dialogs on Zoom:** Fixed a bug where the image insertion modal could not be scrolled when the browser was zoomed in, preventing users from clicking the Save button.
- **Dashboard Display:** Fixed an issue where widgets were cut off when displaying a small number of tasks.
- **English UI Localization:** Corrected grammar, terminology, and phrasing across the Document Approval interface.
- **Gantt Chart CSV Import:** Ensured that task sequences and WBS numbering defined in CSV files are correctly preserved upon import.
- **Miscellaneous:** Minor bug fixes and performance improvements.
