# Release Notes (September 26, 2026)

## Thank you for using PROEVER.

  In this release, we have added a bulk CSV import feature for Agile tickets and enhanced the usability of the Ticket and Gantt Chart screens.

Here is a summary of the major updates.   
For detailed instructions, please refer to the respective user guides for each feature. 

### **■ Summary of Updates**

**1. New Features**

　**1-1. Bulk Agile Ticket Creation via CSV**  
　　　Now supports bulk importing using CSV files.

**2. Enhancements**

　**2-1. Right Side Panel Added**  
　　　Edit directly in the right side panel on the Ticket List and Ticket Board without navigating away from the page.

　**2-2. Custom Field Filters**  
　　　Filter tickets by custom fields in the Ticket List.

　**2-3. Enhanced Gantt Chart Editing & Filtering**  
　　　Added the right side panel, optimized filter views, and enabled WBS editing for Collaborators.

　**2-4. Agile Project Kanban Board Grouping**  
　　　Group tickets into swimlanes by Assignee or Parent Ticket, with drag-and-drop support.

　**2-5. Access Reports from Dashboard / Master Schedule**  
　　　Quickly view recent reports directly from these views.

　**2-6. Improved AI Workflow Usability**  
　　　Expanded filtering operators, clearer error messages, and in-app error log viewing.

**3. Bug Fixes**

　**3-1. Display & Input Fixes**  
　　　Fixed Gantt Chart status display errors, project report graph update issues, and half-width space deletion in rich text fields.

　**3-2. Project Report Graph Update Fix**  
　　　Fixed an issue where the category analysis graph was not updating after taking a snapshot.

　**3-3. Rich Text Editor Behavior Fix**  
　　　Fixed an issue where entered half-width spaces disappeared on the ticket detail screen.

 

### **■ Update Details**

### **1. New Features**

#### **1.1 Bulk Agile Ticket Creation via CSV Import**

**You can now import and create multiple Agile tickets at once using a CSV file.**

Previously, creating tickets for Agile projects required adding them manually one by one. With this release, you can bulk import Agile tickets via CSV files. This speeds up initial project setups and makes migrating large volumes of tasks from other tools much smoother.

### **2. Enhancements**

#### **2.1 Right Side Panel for Ticket List and Ticket Board**

**Edit tickets instantly in the right side panel without switching screens.**

Clicking a ticket ID on the Ticket List or Ticket Board now opens a right side panel. You can update text or statuses directly within the panel and seamlessly switch between tickets by clicking other ticket IDs inside it. This reduces extra clicks and helps you manage PROEVER more efficiently during regular meetings and daily operations.

#### **2.2 Filter by Custom Fields in Ticket List**

**Filter tickets using custom field values in the Ticket List screen.**

Previously, filters only supported standard fields. With this update, you can select custom fields from the filter settings to refine your view based on project-specific items or approval statuses.

 

#### **2.3 Enhanced Gantt Chart Editing and Filtering**

**Edit details and multi-line custom text in one step, with optimized filter views and permission settings.**

We have made the following improvements to boost Gantt Chart usability and visibility:

- **Right Side Panel Integration:** Double-clicking a cell (such as rich text) opens the right side panel for quick on-the-spot editing.
- **Optimized Filter View:** Displays only matching tickets and their parent tickets, reducing visual clutter.
- **WBS Editing for Collaborators:** Users with Collaborator permissions can now reorder WBS elements and change parent-child hierarchies via drag-and-drop.

 

#### **2.4 Agile Project Kanban Board Grouping**

**Group tickets into horizontal swimlanes on the Kanban Board.**

Group tickets into horizontal swimlanes on your Agile project's Kanban Board.

We have added a "Group" option to the Agile project Kanban Board filter settings. You can divide the board into lanes based on Assignee, Parent Ticket, and more. Unassigned tickets are grouped into a dedicated lane, and lane headers display total ticket counts and story points. Drag and drop tickets across lanes to update assignees in real time, making it easy to immediately spot workload distribution and progress for each parent ticket.

 

#### **2.5 Access Project Reports from Dashboard / Master Schedule**

**Easily access project reports directly from the Dashboard and Master Schedule screens.**

We have added a Report icon to these screens. Clicking the icon displays a list of the 5 most recent project reports, reducing navigation steps when you need to dig deeper into progress details.

#### **2.6 Improved AI Workflow Usability**

**Creating and running AI workflows is now smoother thanks to clearer error messages, accessible logs, and expanded filter operators.**

Improvements include:

- **Expanded Data Filtering:** Supports additional operators (such as "Contains" / "Does not contain") to precisely scope data passed to the AI.
- **Clearer Error Causes:** Displays specific root causes (e.g., missing permissions or configuration conflicts) so you can resolve them quickly.
- **In-App Error Logs:** View system error logs directly on the project screen for faster troubleshooting.

### **3. Bug Fixes**

**We resolved the following issues to ensure a reliable user experience:**

- **Gantt Chart Status Display:** Fixed an issue where filtered parent tasks or phases incorrectly appeared as "Completed" when incomplete child tasks remained. (This was a display-only issue; actual data was unaffected.)
- **Project Report Graph Updates:** Fixed an issue where the category analysis graph failed to update after taking a snapshot. Graphs now reflect the latest data instantly.
- **Rich Text Editor Behavior:** Fixed an issue where half-width spaces disappeared immediately after typing in the ticket detail field.
- **Other Fixes:** Resolved minor bugs and overall stability issues.
