Release Notes (July 25, 2026)

Thank you for using PROEVER.

In this release, we are excited to introduce the "AI Workflow" feature designed to streamline your project management tasks. We have also implemented various updates to enhance daily project management efficiency, including improved usability for the Gantt Chart and Ticket List, streamlined progress report creation, and enhanced resource visibility.

Below is an overview of the key updates. For detailed operating instructions, please refer to the dedicated user guide page for each feature.

 1. New Features

1.1 AI Workflow

Automate routine project management tasks with just a few clicks.

Previously, checking overdue tickets or summarizing statuses by assignee required manual effort across multiple screens. Additionally, reproducing the specialized operational know-how held by experienced project managers or specific organizations was difficult for other team members.

With this release, you can now combine processes such as data retrieval, filtering, aggregation, and AI summarization into "modules" to execute operational processes as workflows.

The following pre-configured workflows are available immediately:

  • Overdue Tickets List: View overdue or nearing-deadline tickets across multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Stale Tickets List: Extract tickets that have not been updated for a certain period to early-detect stalled tasks.
  • Unassigned Tickets List: View a compiled list of tickets that do not have an assignee set.
  • Tickets List by Assignee: Check the ticket count and status breakdown for each assignee.
  • Multi-Project Progress Report Summary: Retrieve and consolidate progress reports from multiple specified projects to generate a high-level summary (outlining the general situation and points requiring special attention) tailored for stakeholders.
  • Incomplete Issue Ticket Defect Check: Retrieve incomplete issue tickets from specified projects and utilize AI to check for deficiencies or missing details in the registration info.

Furthermore, with the Workflow Builder, you can mix and match modules to build your own custom workflows. The builder also supports automated workflow generation via natural language prompts, allowing organizations to accumulate and share operational know-how as enterprise knowledge.

This drastically reduces time spent on data collection and aggregation, enabling project managers and PMOs to focus on high-value tasks like situational analysis and strategic decision-making.

💡 Notes on AI Workflows:

  • Workflows operate based on the execution user's specific access rights; information for projects or tickets the user does not have permission to view will not be retrieved.
  • Available capabilities vary depending on your license type and permission settings.

2. Feature Enhancements

2.1 Improved Display and Operation for Gantt Chart & Ticket List

Arrange necessary information in your preferred order for easier filtering and sorting.

You can now customize the column order for both default and custom fields displayed on the Gantt Chart and Ticket List. We have also streamlined the user path by allowing users to configure filters, sorting, and column visibility directly from the column headers.

  • Ticket List: Added support for toggling the visibility of the "Details" field.
  • Gantt Chart: Made it easier to modify parent-child ticket relationships directly from the screen.

2.2 Expanded Registration Limits for Issue Statuses

Configure more statuses to align with your project's unique operational needs.

For both Waterfall and Agile projects, the maximum number of statuses that can be registered to an issue classification has been increased to 100 statuses per status category. This facilitates a smoother migration to PROEVER while maintaining your existing management rules and detailed workflows.

2.3 Copy / Delete Functions for Progress and Project Reports

Utilize previous reports to efficiently create and manage recurring updates.

Previously, even for progress reports with overlapping content (such as weekly reports), users had to create every entry from scratch. Options for cleaning up obsolete reports were also limited.

You can now copy existing progress and project reports to create new ones. By leveraging past content and updating only what is necessary, report creation time is significantly reduced. Additionally, you can now delete unwanted progress and project reports.

2.4 Comment Import for Backlog Integration

Review Backlog comments and discussions directly within PROEVER.

Comments on tickets integrated from Backlog can now be pulled into PROEVER. Reviewing the background context and discussions among stakeholders alongside ticket data eliminates the hassle of switching back and forth between multiple tools.

2.5 Resource View by Member

Cross-reference and monitor the workload and availability of each member within a workspace.

Aggregating hours on a per-member basis allows you to see who is working on which project and to what extent. This helps identify workload concentration on specific members and assists in optimizing resource allocation.

To maintain appropriate data privacy, access to view individual workload allocations has been restricted via licensing, ensuring only required administrators can view this data.

3. Bug Fixes

To ensure a secure and stable experience, we have resolved the following issues:

  • Gantt Chart & Ticket List: Fixed unstable scrollbar behavior, unintended scrolling on the Gantt Chart screen, and an issue where narrowing one column in the Ticket List simultaneously narrowed other columns.
  • Dashboard: Fixed an issue where dropdown-type custom fields and certain X-axis fields were not correctly reflected in charts.
  • Dashboard Segment Settings: Fixed an issue where values were not aggregated when individual segments were added to pie charts, as well as an issue where conditional expressions and data displayed incorrectly when filtering by priority or single-select teams.
  • Filters: Fixed an issue where filters specifying the "Creator" did not function correctly.
  • CSV Import: Fixed an issue in the WBS ticket CSV import where specifying a non-existent status returned a system code instead of a proper error message.
  • Attachments: Fixed an issue where file names changed upon downloading.
  • Program Hierarchy: Fixed an issue allowing programs to be registered beyond the maximum limit of 10 tiers.
  • Program/Project Budget: Fixed an issue where saved values changed when exceptionally large numbers were entered.
  • Ticket Details: Fixed an issue where entering long URLs caused the display area to expand horizontally, and an issue where certain description texts were not translated into the active user language.
  • Agile: Fixed an issue where the "Actual Start Date" could not be used in certain classifications, and corrected an inconsistency in the story point notation for initial estimates.
  • Miscellaneous: Corrected minor textual and formatting bugs within notification emails and settings screens.
