Release Notes(April 25, 2026)
Thank you for using PROEVER.
In this release, we have introduced several key updates to boost project efficiency, including automated Gantt chart scheduling and expanded custom field displays.
Here is an overview of the main updates. For detailed instructions, please refer to the specific help pages for each feature.
1.New Features
1.1 Automated Gantt Chart Scheduling
Automatically sync and shift schedules between dependent and parent-child tasks to keep your project on track.
Previously, changing a task's due date required manual adjustments for all related successor and parent tasks.
With this release, schedules now link and shift automatically based on their relationships.
This prevents scheduling conflicts and significantly reduces the effort of maintaining and revising plans, even in large-scale projects.
1.2 Custom Field Visibility in Task Lists & Gantt Charts
Manage project-specific data with more flexibility and find the information you need instantly.
While list views were previously restricted to fixed fields, you can now add custom fields as columns and toggle their visibility.
This allows you to tailor the view to your team's workflow, enabling you to check key information directly from the list or Gantt chart.
2.Improvements
2.1 Customizable Statuses for WBS Categories
Define your team's progress tracking workflow with greater flexibility.
Previously, only system-default statuses were available for WBS categories.
With this update, you can freely add and edit statuses to match each project's unique operations.
This allows for more precise progress management tailored to the specific workflows of your company or team.
2.2 Enhanced Status Display in Gantt Charts
Track progress more easily with improved status visibility.
The Gantt chart now displays the actual status names instead of broad status categories.
When combined with the custom status feature (2.1), this ensures a more accurate understanding of the project's current state.
2.3 Multi-Template Management for Progress Reports
Standardize reporting across your organization while allowing for team-specific needs.
Previously, projects were limited to a single report format, making it difficult to address different requirements within the same project.
You can now create and manage multiple templates, helping you establish the best reporting format for each team and improving the overall quality of information sharing.
2.4 Improved JIRA Integration: Rich Text Support
Rich text formatting from JIRA, including line breaks, is now correctly preserved in PROEVER.
Previously, formatting was lost during data synchronization.
With this update, descriptions written in JIRA will display exactly as intended within PROEVER.
2.5 Improved User Management & License Tracking
Significantly reduce maintenance time for large teams.
You can now bulk update member status (Active/Inactive) via CSV import, making large-scale account management during organizational changes much smoother.
Additionally, license counts on the user list are now accurately calculated based only on active licenses, providing a clear view of your current subscription usage.
3. Bug Fixes
We have addressed the following issues and confirmed that they are now functioning correctly:
* JIRA Integration: Fixed an issue where sub-tasks were not imported to PROEVER in certain cases.
* Dashboard Charts: Resolved an issue in the "Analysis by Category" graph where estimated completion counts were not calculated correctly when due dates were entered under specific conditions.
* UI & Miscellaneous: Fixed minor bugs, including an issue where the divider position between the WBS and calendar areas in the Gantt chart was not saved, and unintended focus shifts during task registration.
