Thank you for using PROEVER.

In this update, we have introduced features to better support your real-world workflows, including customizable automation, improved Gantt chart usability, and enhanced security auditing. Key updates are listed below. For detailed instructions, please refer to the help page for each feature.

1. New Features

1.1 Expanded Single Sign-On (SSO) Support

Leverage your existing authentication infrastructure to reduce account management costs. In addition to Google Workspace, PROEVER now supports SSO integration with other IdPs (Microsoft Entra ID, Auth0, Okta, etc.). This allows you to apply your company’s access control policies for a secure and seamless login experience.

1.2 Detailed Audit Logs

Gain deeper insights into "who did what on which screen." Log data now includes "Page URL," "Page Name," and "Breadcrumbs." This supports stronger internal controls by allowing you to track exactly where and which actions were taken during an investigation.

 

2. Improvements

2.1 Gantt Chart: Enhanced Usability & View Persistence Edit schedules intuitively and maintain your preferred view.

  • Quick Add: Easier to add tickets directly on the chart.

  • Structural Editing: Supports indent/outdent to quickly change parent-child task relationships.

  • Auto-Restore View: Filters and expansion states are temporarily saved per user, allowing you to resume work exactly where you left off.

2.2 Automation Toggle (ON/OFF)

Flexibly control automation to match your team's workflow. Automation features, such as "Sync Status with Progress Rate," can now be toggled ON/OFF per project. Teams preferring strict manual management can now operate without worrying about unintended value changes.

2.3 Ticket List: Expanded CSV Export

Export all data, including issues and bugs, for external use. CSV export now supports non-WBS tickets (Issues, Risks, Bugs, etc.). This enables smoother custom reporting and data analysis in Excel.

2.4 Dashboard: Relative Date Settings & Better Visibility Analyze data based on relative periods, such as "within X days from today."

  • Relative Date Range: Segment settings now support periods relative to "Today."

  • Improved Weather Icons: Status icons are now larger, making project health visible at a glance.

2.5 Other Enhancements Tickets:

  • Save Search Criteria: Save text search results as a "View."

  • Visualize Hierarchy: Breadcrumbs on ticket details for smoother navigation to parent items.

  • Usability: Supports image pasting (Ctrl+V) and "Year-based" navigation in the date picker.

  • Performance: Improved rendering and interaction speed for list views.

Dashboards:

  • Overdue Logic Adjustment: Fixed the logic where tickets due "Today" were marked as overdue; only tickets past their due date are now flagged.
