Release Notes ( February 28, 2026)
Thank you for using PROEVER.
In this release, we have introduced functional enhancements and improvements, alongside security updates and audit log exports, to ensure a safer and more seamless experience with PROEVER.
Key updates are listed below.
For detailed instructions, please refer to the dedicated help page for each feature.
1.New Features
1.1 CSV Import for Non-WBS Tickets (Issues, Risks, etc.)
Streamline data migration and bulk registration from external systems.
Previously, tickets other than WBS classifications (such as Issues and Defects) could not be imported via CSV.
With this release, these ticket types now support CSV imports.
This allows you to bulk upload your existing issue data into PROEVER for centralized management.
1.2 CSV Export for Audit Logs
Facilitate root cause analysis and usage tracking for security incidents.
Previously, there was no way to bulk review or analyze user activity history.
With this release, you can now export audit logs in CSV format.
This enables faster identification of specific users and actions in the event of a security breach, and supports thorough investigations into tool usage.
1.3 User Mapping for Integration Data
Enhance data aggregation and analysis accuracy across integrated tools.
Previously, "Assignee" data synced from PROEVER Classic, Jira, or Backlog was treated as plain text and not linked to PROEVER user accounts.
With this release, you can now normalize and map this assignee text to specific workspace users.
This simplifies dashboard selection and enables consistent, advanced data aggregation and filtering.
2.Improvements
2.1 Resource View: Improved Filter Settings
Identify resource allocation by team or individual member.
Previously, the Resource View only supported aggregation by Program or Project.
With this release, we have added Team and User filters, enabling you to pinpoint the exact causes of resource imbalances and take effective, data-driven action.
2.2 Dashboard: Enhanced Pie Charts and Breakdown Analysis Graphs
Improve reporting efficiency and enable deeper data insights.
Previously, it was difficult to see specific item counts on pie charts or filter breakdown analysis graphs by specific criteria.
With this release, we have added constant item count displays to pie charts and new filters for "Team" and "Assignee" in breakdown analysis.
This makes it easier to use these charts in reports and allows for more flexible, goal-oriented data analysis.
2.3 Enhanced Security: Web Application Firewall (WAF) Implementation
To further protect your valuable data, we have strengthened our communication security settings by implementing a WAF.
2.4 Gantt Chart: Performance Improvements
Experience smoother rendering and faster interactions in the Gantt Chart view.
3.Bug Fixes
