Release Notes (December 1, 2025)

Thank you for always using PROEVER.

This release integrates the "quantitative facts" of a project with the "qualitative insights" from the field, enabling deeper and more accurate status comprehension.

The core focus of this update is to enhance the flexibility and efficiency of Waterfall Project Management (WBS).

1.New Feature

1.1 Progress Report

Progress Reporting Feature This feature helps you quickly detect potential on-site challenges and risks that may not be apparent in quantitative data, supporting faster decision-making.

Previously, while dashboards and the Master Schedule screen allowed for visualization and status tracking based on registered ticket information, they lacked the ability to capture the qualitative insights of on-site project members.

With this release, you can now record qualitative field information as a progress report alongside quantitative data, enabling you to complete the entire reporting process within PROEVER.

This will allow for a more accurate comprehension of your project's status.

2.Feature Improvements

2.1 Improved Ticket Management

Input fields can now be added to WBS category tickets

Previously, it was not possible to add input fields to WBS category tickets.

With this release, you can now add custom input fields for each project, just as you can with other ticket categories.

This allows you to set management items according to the specific characteristics of your project.

Note: Default input fields cannot be edited.

Ticket CSV Import Function is More User-Friendly

Previously, the CSV import function was limited to WBS category tickets in Waterfall projects, with a maximum import limit of 1,000 tickets at once.

The import limit for WBS category tickets has been increased to 5,000 tickets in this release.

This will allow you to efficiently handle bulk ticket registration, such as when launching a new project.

Note: CSV import functionality for ticket categories other than WBS is currently under development.

WBS Category Tickets Can Now Be Exported via CSV

With this release, CSV export functionality for WBS category tickets is now available.

This facilitates easier status sharing with stakeholders who are not PROEVER users.

It also enables the use of this data for complex data analysis outside of PROEVER.

2.2 Master Schedule Display Improvements

Lightning line is now displayed on the Master Schedule

The Master Schedule now features the display of the Lightning line.

This makes it easier to visually grasp the overall progress status of the project from a high-level perspective.

Quarterly view is now available for the Master Schedule, in addition to Weekly/Monthly

In this release, you can now select a Quarterly (3-month) view, alongside the existing Weekly and Monthly display options.

This allows you to gain a high-level overview of long-term planning.
