Home Overview
The Home feature allows you to view a consolidated list of tickets assigned to you across all programs and projects.
The Home screen displays two types of information:
- Assigned Ticket List
- Announcements
Assigned Ticket List
This section displays a complete list of tickets where you are assigned as the responsible party across various projects.
This allows you to understand your current tasks and prevent task oversight without needing to check each project page individually.
Announcements
Here you can find information regarding new feature releases and system maintenance.
