Editing a User
- Click your workspace name in the top-right corner of the screen, then click [User].

Click the three-dot menu on the right side of the user you want to edit, then select [Edit user].

Set the relevant items and click [Save].
Workspace permissions are managed through permission roles. If you cannot perform the intended action, please contact a user with an Innovator License to request a change in permissions.
Bulk Update User Status
If you need to update the status (Active, Deactivated, or Deleted) for multiple users at once due to organizational changes or annual updates, the CSV bulk update feature is highly efficient.

Click your Workspace Name in the top right corner and select Users.

Click the More [
(three-dot icon)] in the top right and select Export CSV.

Open the exported file, change the Status column for the target users to [Enable usage, Suspend usage, or Delete], then save the file.

Select Import CSV, upload your file, and click [Execute Import].
Display Logic for User Status
The system automatically determines the status displayed on the User screen based on the license expiration date.
