# How to Export a User List

Only users with an **Innovator license** can export a user list.

1. Click your **workspace name** in the top-right corner of the screen, then select **\[User\]**. Alternatively, you can go to the Workspace Settings screen and click **\[Users\]** in the sidebar menu.
2. Click the **three-dot menu (...)** \> **\[CSV Export\]** in the top-right corner.
3. Select your desired **Character Code** (**UTF-8**, **Shift-JIS**) and the **Export Target** (**Filtered results**, **All users**).

 

### Exported Information

The exported CSV file will include the following information:

| Email Address | Name | Group | Plan | License | Plan | License |
| --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- | --- |
| yamada\_taro@mail.com | Taro Yamada | Project Members | Innovator | L0001 | Innovator | L0002 |
| yamada\_jiro@mail.com | Jiro Yamada | Project Members\|Viewers | Collaborator | L0001 |  |  |
