[Ticket Management](https://help.proever.com/en/basic-usageagile#ticket-management) # Customize ticket classification and input fields (Agile) ## PROEVER comes with default classifications and input fields essential for project management. You can customize these to better suit your project's characteristics and achieve a more effective project management approach. Only users with an Innovator or Leader license can customize ticket categories and input fields. ### **To add a ticket category** 1. Click **\[Settings\]** \> **\[Classification\]** in the side menu. 2. Enter the classificatinon name. 4. Click **\[Save\]** and confirm that the classification has been added to the list. ### **Customizing Input Fields** 1. From the sidebar menu, click **\[Settings\]** \> **\[Classification\]**, and select the category you want to customize. 2. **To edit the main area:** Click the **pencil icon** on the item you want to edit and enter the field description. To hide a field, click the **eye icon** next to it. 6. Review your changes and click **\[Save\]**. 7.
