How can I easily grant access to all registered projects?

You can grant access to all projects by utilizing Permission Groups.

Only users with an Innovator license can create Permission Groups.

Follow the steps below to grant access to all projects: Since access rights will be applied to all users included in the Permission Group, please be careful when selecting the target users.

  1. Click on the workspace name in the upper right corner of the PROEVER screen, and then click [Master Management] from the displayed menu.

  2. Select [Permission Group] in the side menu, and click [Add Group].

  3. Select the group name and the users you wish to grant permissions to, and click [Save].

  4. Select the Permission Group you created, and click the [+] next to "Programs / Projects".

  5. Select "All Programs" and "All Projects" displayed at the very top, and click [Save].
